Fortaleceremos las áreas más afectadas procurando la restauración de hábitats marinos costeros usando arrecifes artificiales mediante la inmersión de obras de arte donadas por artistas colombianos y elementos como barcos, aviones y replicas de artefactos, que permitan la repoblación del arrecife, creando escenarios propicios para el esparcimiento y la práctica del buceo ecológico y amateur por parte de personas con poca experiencia en buceo y asilando un poco los arrecifes naturales de las practicas inadecuadas.
